Where does the event take place?

The AI Summit London 2025 will take place at Tobacco Dock.

Delegates and Tobacco Dock Campus Pass holders, please use the East entrance on Pennington Street.

Speakers, Exhibitors, Press and VIPs, please use the West entrance on Pennington Street.

Be sure to check the floorplan and signage for where to go when you get to Tobacco Dock.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is a car park opposite the venue's Wapping Lane entrance with a capacity for 615 vehicles (under 2.2m) plus Blue Badge parking with accessible lifts. Please note that the main entrance to the event is on Pennington Street (the closest station is Shadwell).

Is there any virtual content available?

The AI Summit London is an in-person event and we will not be streaming any virtual content.

I haven't received my pass yet, who can I contact?

If you've registered for the event and you've got your confirmation email, then you're all set for now. Within your confirmation email you'll see a QR code - you'll need to show this when you check in at the venue in exchange for your physical pass and lanyard. Don't worry, we'll resend it a week or so before the event so you don't need to go searching your inbox!

How do I access the official event app?

You'll receive an email from noreply@swapcard.com containing login details to join the online platform and download the mobile app at least 2 weeks before the event kicks off. This is where you can build your personalised agenda before you arrive onsite and explore the event map to plan the exhibitors you'll visit and which engaging demo sessions, speakers and networking opportunities you'll attend.
